Thank You Floyd Wickman

 in 2013, I was a new and broke real estate agent when my broker (Tom Kotzian) gifted me a 500 scholarship to attend an abbreviated Floyd Wickman training session. Floyd was already in his 70s yet still had the shine and consummate stage style he had honed many years earlier. I never had a father figure as an adult as my own father became mentally ill when I was in my late teens. Floyd taught me so many things, things I was desperate to hear, and concepts I still use frequently in my life. He was a father figure to me and I’ll never forget when he told me, “Lisa, it would be a great tragedy if you failed as a coach, the world needs you.” Here are his core values:
